Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, regretted some schools in West Jakarta that has no electricity due to the unpaid bills.
Electricity payment has entered in School Operational Aid (BOS) and is budgeted by Education Dept.
He disclosed, electricity cuts in such schools should not happen, as the payment has been budgeted every year.
